Your current role
In this HR position, you will support the full employee lifecycle locally, working alongside an established HR Officer and partnering closely with regional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing end-to-end HR generalist support across recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
Acting as the primary HR contact for the Australia region
Supporting compliance with Australian employment legislation and banking regulations
Advising leaders on performance management, engagement and talent development
Contributing to HR initiatives aligned with regional and global people strategies
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
Several years' HR experience within banking or financial services




Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) to support stakeholder communication
Solid understanding of Australian HR practices and employment law
Experience operating in a standalone or small HR function
Confident stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
Highly Desirable:
Experience in international or Asia-linked banking environments
Exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy industries
