An prospect is available for a part time WHS Advisor to support workplace health and safety across a community-based healthcare service on the Mornington Peninsula.
About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead WHS initiatives, injury management and compliance within a hospital environment, helping to drive a strong and proactive safety culture across the organisation.
Reponsibilities:
Lead WHS Committee and promote a proactive safety culture
Investigate incidents, hazards and risks and implement controls




Manage WorkCover claims and support return-to-work plans
Monitor WHS performance and report safety metrics
Develop manual handling injury prevention strategies
Support leaders with WHS advice, policies and compliance

Skills & Requirements
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or similar)
