We are seeking a reliable and responsible Motel & Restaurant Assistant Manager (pathway to manager) to join our business in regional Queensland. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided, ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role in a friendly regional community.

Key Responsibilities
Managing motel reception and guest check-ins/check-outs
Handling bookings (phone, online, and walk-ins)
Assisting with restaurant operations ( RSA required)
Housekeeping coordination and quality control
Providing friendly customer service to guests
Requirements
Reliable, keen on details and responsible
Strong work ethic and willingness to help in different areas
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
Basic computer skills for bookings and emails
Willing to commit long term
