We're seeking Senior HR Advisorto join a site-based teams in the Dysart region, supporting a large mining operations with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow.

n

You'll work closely with the HR superintendenton site. This is a great opportunity for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having robust HR leadership around you.

What you'll be doing:





n

n
- Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
n
- Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes, and compliance matters
n
- Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
n
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
n
- Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
n
- Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous HR experience in mining or industrial environments
n
- Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
n
- Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
n
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
n

n
