Location: Dandenong, VIC

Salary: $90 - 110k + Super

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is partnering with a growing Australian product business to find a Product Coordinator to support the launch of new products across a national distribution network.

n

This is a hands-on role working across suppliers, compliance, supply chain and marketing to get products from concept through to market.

n

You don't need to come from the electrical industry specifically, but experience working with technical or trade-related products will be highly regarded.

n

The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the Sourcing & Product team, you will play a key role in coordinating new product launches from concept through to market.

n

- Coordinate current product introductions from concept to launch
n
- Work with local and international suppliers on timelines, specifications and quality
n
- Support product compliance, testing and certification processes
n
- Maintain product specifications and documentation
n
- Set up and manage product data and SKUs within ERP systems
n
- Work closely with marketing on product content, features and launch activity
n
- Track timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
n




- Assist with improving and optimising existing product ranges
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience working with technical or physical products
n
- Experience in product coordination, supply chain, imports, manufacturing or similar
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confident communicator able to work across multiple teams
n
- Experience managing product data, SKUs or ERP systems
n
- Exposure to electrical, lighting, hardware, HVAC, industrial or similar products
n
- Understanding of product compliance or Australian standards
n

Trade-qualified candidates (e.g. electrician or similar) looking to move into an office-based role are encouraged to apply.
