Job Description

Western Health in Victoria is seeking a visionary Nurse Unit Manager to lead a 30-bed subacute GEM and Dementia Support Unit at Sunshine Hospital. You will champion person-centred care, manage unit resources and lead ANUMs and nursing staff, driving continuous quality improvement aligned with our Best Care framework.

Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with AHPRA registration and senior dementia/aged care experience, with robust financial and workforce management skills.
