Join the team at Austrack Campers Townsville as our Detailer & Handover Consultant (or as we like to call it, an Austrack-ologist!)

This is one of the most rewarding roles in our business. You'll meet customers on one of the most exciting days of their lives the day they collect their brand-new Austrack or Zodiac and begin their next adventure.

n

As the final person our customers interact with before they hit the road, you'll play a huge part in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Detail and prepare campers and caravans to showroom presentation standards.
n
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PD) and Quality Control (QC) checks.
n
- Conduct Customer handovers and demonstrate the units features
n
- Identify and rectify minor presentation issues before handover.
n
- Conduct customer handovers, demonstrating how each feature and system operates.
n
- Answer customer questions and provide practical tips to help them get the most from their new Adventure on wheels.
n
- Install or check accessories where required.
n
- Maintain the presentation of display stock and showroom units.
n
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure every delivery runs smoothly.
n




- Assist with customer after-sales enquiries and ongoing support.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and handover records.
n
- Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver exceptional customer service every day.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Loves camping, caravanning or the outdoor lifestyle.
n
- Has previous experience in the caravan, RV, camping or automotive industry (preferred but not essential).
n
- Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
n
- Enjoys meeting and talking with people.
n
- Can confidently explain products and technology to customers.
n
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
n
- Has excellent attention to detail.
n
- Is reliable, organised and proactive.
n
- Holds a current driver's licence (preferred)
n
