Job Description

T & M Cabinetry Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our skilled team in Geelong, VIC - (3rd & 4th year apprentices are welcome to apply).

This full-time position will involve the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality bespoke cabinetry for residential clients.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Interpreting design briefs and technical specifications to create custom cabinet solutions

n

Operating a range of woodworking machinery and tools to fabricate components with precision

n

Assembling, finishing and installing cabinets, furniture and other joinery items at client sites

n

Collaborating with the design team to offer practical input and suggestions for improvements

n

Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workshop environment

n

Ensuring all work meets relevant building codes and safety standards

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cabinetmaker, preferably in a custom workshop environment

n

Strong working knowledge of Cabinet Making techniques, tools and machinery

n





Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

n

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

n

Good communication and problem-solving skills

n

A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a collaborative workshop culture
