About the Role
n Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to take responsibility for the electrical delivery of a 106-unit high-rise residential development in Redcliffe.
n This is a long-term prospect with approximately 2 years of work secured, with further projects available following completion. You will play a key role in coordinating the electrical team and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard from construction through to completion.
n Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day electrical works across the project
n
- Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
n
- Coordinate labour, materials and site requirements
n
- Oversee works from rough-in through to fit-off and completion
n
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
n
- Monitor progress, productivity and project timelines
n
- Conduct pre-starts and toolbox meetings
n
- Maintain WHS, quality and compliance standards
n
- Liaise with builders, project managers and other trades
n
- Assist with variations, materials and project reporting
n
- Ensure work is completed to scope, quality and schedule
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 6+ years' post-trade experience
n
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
n
- Strong multi-residential experience is essential
n
- High-rise/apartment construction experience highly desirable
n
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate site activities
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Current CPR & LVR
n
- Driver's Licence
n
