Your new role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting the team to achieve outstanding results. You will:

- Support the delivery of sales, customer service, and operational objectives.

- Lead by example and provide day-to-day guidance to the branch team.

- Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.

- Assist with inventory, warehouse, and branch operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Help coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.

- Step into the Business Manager role when required and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the branch.

What you'll bring

- Leadership or supervisory experience within retail, trade, wholesale,



or a similar customer-focused environment.
n
- Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
n
- A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
n
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
n
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
