Job Description

Chobani Australia is seeking a Production Supervisor (Area Lead) for the night shift at our Dandenong South site. You will lead a team of 10–15 frontline operators, coach on the floor, and drive safety, quality and performance improvements (OEE).

Reporting to the Night Shift Manager, you'll focus on on‐line problem solving and building capability. This permanent night roster runs 6:00pm–6:00am with regular days off and fewer weekend commitments.
