Job Description

RSL LifeCare in NSW is seeking a Part time Clinical Quality Lead (Shift Thursday and Friday) to oversee quality audits, compliance and improvement initiatives across our aged care homes, including Tura Beach, NSW.

The role requires 2–3 years of clinical experience, Full AHPRA accreditation, and a passion for quality management, leadership and education. You will drive standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance and support staff development.
