Monash Health is seeking a Customer Services & Admissions Manager to lead patient-facing admin teams across Clayton, Moorabbin and the Victorian Heart Hospital. You will report to the Operations Director and drive a consistently excellent patient experience through people leadership, governance and service performance.
You will manage front-of-house operations, collaborate with site leaders, and shape processes to ensure effective admissions and high-quality service across multiple locations.
