Winc in Erskine Park, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Fitter to ensure secure, effective operation of our semi-automated distribution facility. You'll maintain and troubleshoot packaging machinery, MHE, conveyors, and AMR pods, on the PM shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
You will lead maintenance activities when required, prioritise tasks, and contribute to plant improvement projects while supporting HMIs and automation in a rapid-paced environment.
