The Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Time Barber/ Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about barbering, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services using professional barbering tools.
n
- Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and recommend suitable cuts and grooming options.
n
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying, straightening, and basic styling as required.
n
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitised according to salon safety standards.
n
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business.
n
- Assist with basic chemical services such as colouring or toning when required by senior staff.
n
- Prepare clients for services,



ensuring comfort and proper gowning.
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient shop environment.
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with salon hygiene regulations.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous barbering experience preferred (1-3 years)
n
- Cert 3 or cert 4 AQF or 3 years FT experience
n
- Solid skills in fades, tapers, and beard work
n
- Friendly and professional attitude
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Positive communication and customer service skills
n
