We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our client's professional services team in Sydney, who are going through an exciting period of growth. This role involves delivering multiple in-flight projects, working alongside solutions architects and project leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment, with skills in M365, Intune, VMware or Hyper-V, and infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Deliver multiple projects end-to-end from initial scoping and design through to deployment.
n
- Create and maintain project documentation including design documents,



implementation plans, and operational handover materials.
n
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Project Leaders to develop and implement technical strategies.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time.
n
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and improvements when needed.
n
- Support pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation, and client presentations where required.
n

Required Experience:

n

n
- Experience delivering projects in a Managed services/Skilled services environment.
n
- Experience with pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
n
- Skilled across Microsoft 365, VMware or Hyper-V, and infrastructure deployment.
n
- Experience with modern workplace technologies such as Intune and Autopilot.
n
- Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Microsoft certifications are desirable such as AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102.
n
- Hands-on delivery experience is essential; this is not a project manager role.
