About the Role

n

You will play a key role in the quality, performance and growth of our Property Styling division.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing styling projects from inspection through to installation
n
- Leading and delivering high-quality residential property styling
n
- Supporting and mentoring stylists and styling assistants
n
- Building strong relationships with agents and clients
n
- Contributing to interiors consultations and furniture selections
n




- Improving project efficiency, consistency and team performance
n
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and growth
n

n

About You

n

You will be an experienced property stylist who understands the pace, practical requirements and commercial expectations of styling homes for sale.

n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- Proven residential property styling experience
n
- Experience working for a professional property styling company
n
- Interior Design, Interior Decoration or related studies
n
- Strong installation and project management skills
n
- Excellent spatial awareness, colour knowledge and design judgement
n
- Confidence leading a team and making decisions
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
n
- A current drivers licence
n

This is not an entry-level styling role.
