We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Working Site Supervisor who wants to grow with the business and become a key part of our long-term success.

n

About the Role

n

This is not a role for someone who sits in the ute making phone calls all day.

n

We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys being on site, solves problems quickly and is willing to roll up their sleeves when required to keep projects moving.

n

You'll supervise subcontractors, maintain quality, ensure safety and help deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites.

n

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.

n

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within quality expectations.

n

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

n





Conduct site inspections and maintain quality throughout the build.

n

Identify and resolve construction issues before they become problems.

n

Maintain site records and communicate progress with management.

n

Assist with practical site tasks when required to keep projects progressing.

n

Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment.

n

About You

n

Carpentry trade or strong hands-on construction background highly regarded.

n

Practical, organised and able to work independently.

n

Robust leadership and communication skills.

n

High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

n

Able to build positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

n

Current White Card.

n

Current Driver Licence.

n
