Based in the firm's modern Dandenong office, you'll work closely with one of the firm's experienced lawyers, playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service while supporting a busy and rewarding personal injury practice. The Role:
n
n
- Managing client liaison, both internally and externally
n
- File management from commencement through to completion
n
- Diary and inbox management
n
- Preparing briefs, court documents and legal correspondence
n
- Coordinating meetings,
mediations and court hearings
n
- Answering and managing incoming calls
n
- Providing high-level administrative support to your lawyer
n
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
n
n
About You:
n
n
- A minimum of 3 years' Personal Injury litigation experience (preferred)
n
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
n
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Professional telephone manner
n
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
n
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
n
