Design and Technology Teacher - Northern Rivers NSW (Lismore Area 2480)

Help students turn ideas into practical solutions. This permanent part-time prospect offers the chance to teach across Years 7-12, guiding learners from foundational technology skills through to senior Design and Technology pathways while helping shape future course delivery.

The Role

n

As a Design and Technology Teacher, you'll deliver purposeful, project-based learning that develops students' creativity, problem-solving capability, and technical confidence. Working across Stages 4-6, you'll help students connect classroom learning with real-world applications and informed design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver engaging Technology and Design & Technology programs across Years 7-12
n
- Sequence learning from junior technologies through to senior D&T; courses
n
- Maintain a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment
n
- Assess student achievement and provide clear, actionable feedback
n




- Contribute to curriculum planning and faculty program development
n
- Participate in co-curricular and whole-school initiatives
n
