Join the Diplomatic Technology Customer Engagement team and put your technical skills to work protecting critical systems, supporting users across multiple channels, and tackling complex IT challenges alongside a collaborative team. Major duties and responsibilities include:

- Systems administration and technical support
- Training, knowledge management, and cybersecurity
- Projects and administrative support

Applicants must have:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Library and Data Science/Analytics, or Audio/Visual Communications and Technology, plus2 years of experience in computer networking, network management, or systems utilization
- 2 years of full-time college studiesplus4 years of experience in computer networking, network management, or systems utilization




- Demonstrated knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud-based technologies; computer networking; or the technical aspects of systems analysis, application development, and management advisory services
