Salary Package:$70,000-$80,000 (Including Super) + Work Vehicle / Allowance after probation period

Work Vehicle:Can be supplied on the completion of Probationary period or alternatively a Motor Vehicle Allowance

n

Team Management:Team of 4 or more to manage depending on the scope of the project

n

RDO: 13 days per year

n

Quarterly Team Meetings:Every quarter the entire Ultimate Outdoor Lifestyle Group meet with the business owner who provides a thorough run down of the projects that the group are working on. A number of awards are handed out to recognise staff efforts at this meeting.

The Role

n

You need to be approachable with excellent communication skills

n

Minimum of 6 years in the industry

n

Exceptional plant, pest and disease knowledge

n

Experience in lawn care and irrigation

n

Experience in pool maintenance is an advantage

n

Focused on customer service & quality workmanship with an eye for detail

n

Self-motivated and passionate about the industry

n

Genuine willingness to learn

n

Punctual, reliable and honest

n

Looking for a long-term career

n

Knowledge of safe work and OH&S; practices

n

Driver's licence

n

Must take pride in your personal presentation, work and show a genuine passion for horticulture and/or Soft Landscaping.

n

Training and mentoring junior staff members.

n

Ensuring on-site safety

n

Cert 3 Qualification in Parks and Gardens

n

At least 6 years' experience in this field

n

First aid certificate is desirable

n

Excavator & Skid Steer License&/or general maintenance of equipment
