Join SMS Laser Cutting, a well-established leader in advanced sheet metal fabrication, and become a key part of our growing team of 65 employees. Working in our Oakleigh South factory, you'll operate cutting-edge CNC technology on a variety of great projects.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Reading and following fabrication drawings and job sheets and working with minimal supervision.
n
- Operating and setting the Amada CNC Press Brake Machine.
n
- Selecting the correct tooling (folding punch and die) based on sheet thickness and material type.
n
- Understanding the folding methods and sequences according to part drawings
n




- Performing basic Brake Press offline programming (training will be provided to enhance your skills).
n
