The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our Carlton North team for the busy seasonal period.

n

This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to connect with customers, understand their needs and help them find swimwear that makes them feel incredible.

This seasonal casual position offers flexible hours. Please note that availability is required throughout December and January due to peak trading periods.

What We're Looking For

n

You'll be someone who genuinely loves helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- 1-2 years retail sales experience
n
- A passion for fashion, swimwear and customer styling
n
- Solid sales skills and a customer-first mindset
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Confidence working in a busy, high-volume retail environment
n
- Empathy, maturity and the ability to support women during what can sometimes be a vulnerable shopping experience
n
- Experience in intimate apparel or bra fitting (highly regarded)
n
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism
n
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
n
