Due to continued growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for Leading Hand and Site Supervisor opportunities to join our Civil team.

n

These key leadership roles are responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

n

You will:

n

n
- Lead, coordinate and supervise civil construction crews across a range of infrastructure and earthworks projects.
n
- Interpret plans, drawings, specifications and project schedules to ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
n
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
n
- Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and workforce resources to meet project objectives.
n
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
n
- Monitor site productivity, quality and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
n
- Mentor,



support and develop team members while promoting a solid safety-first culture.
n

What We're Looking For

n

To succeed in either a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor capacity, you will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in a civil construction leadership role such as Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor.
n
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, infrastructure works and site operations.
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation.
n
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
n
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card (essential).
n
- Relevant tickets and certifications (e.g. Excavator, Loader, Roller, First Aid, Traffic Management) highly regarded.
n
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality and compliance.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction, Leadership or Project Management (desirable).
n
