Based in the Northern Suburbs this is agreat opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career from Assistant to Property Manager!

We are seeking a fun-loving and reliable Property Manager who can work in a team environment and also independently.

n

The Position:

n

n
- Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.
n
- General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
n
- Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.
n
- Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays
n

n





The Ideal Candidate:

n

A current Victorian Agents Representative

n

n
- Experience in Property Management
n
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
n
- Secure employment displayed on CV
n
- Experience using Property Me however very easy to learn if you have never used this programme and you will be trained!
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Must hold Agent's Rep Certificate or equivalent.
n
- Minimum 12 months experience in property management.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
n
- The desire to learn and grow.
n
- The ability to work proactively and independently.
n
