Interior Decorator – Part-Time (Multi-Store)

As an Interior Decorator, you will combine creativity and sales expertise to help customers bring their home styling visions to life, delivering personalised in-home and in-store design solutions.

n Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent
n Location: Logan & Capalaba (3 days / 2 days split)

About the Role

n

This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working directly with customers to transform living spaces. You will provide tailored interior decorating services across two retail locations and customer homes, using product knowledge and design expertise to maximise customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.

n

You will work closely with store teams to elevate the interior decorating service offering while delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers' homes to provide personalised interior decorating solutions
n
- Create floor layout guides, digital mood boards, and tailored quotations
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and in customers' homes
n
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to enhance the decorating service offering
n




- Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer and team confidence
n
- Follow up new leads promptly and schedule decorating appointments
n
- Represent the brand professionally while working independently and in-store
n

About You

- Qualification or experience in interior decorating, styling, or design
n
- Solid sales ability with a customer-focused mindset
n
- Creative, energetic, and confident in presenting design concepts
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments and multiple priorities
n
- Comfortable working across multiple store locations
n
