Proactive Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team on a permanent part time basis. The role centers on delivering a positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion.
You will manage calls, bookings, payments, and health fund/Medicare claims, maintain patient records, and support the clinical team. Occasional Saturday shifts and two longer days are required to maintain a balanced roster.
