This full time managerial role focuses on guiding services to children and young people in residential and supported living settings, across multiple sites in Far North Queensland.
You will uphold values, ensure compliance with legislation and reporting obligations, and drive workforce recruitment, rostering and staff development while managing budgets and contracts.
