The Rowdy Ranch Steakhouse in Surfers Paradise, QLD is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen day-to-day and own kitchen standards, food cost and team culture. This high-volume venue rewards robust leadership and a passion for quality steaks.
You will roster and develop the back-of-house team, drive menu development, manage stock, supplier relationships and ensure food safety and WHS compliance while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager on peak-period planning.
