Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ solid team, oversee daily store operations, sales and stock management, and report to the Assistant Site Manager. You and your team will drive the Best Experience for customers and maintain the Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will monitor customer service levels, liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety, and manage a 1 in 3 weekend roster with some public holiday work.
