Although this role is ideally suited to someone starting their administration career, experienced Administration Officers seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive professional services firm are also encouraged to apply. About the Role
n
As the Junior Administration Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
n
Working alongside the administration and accounting teams, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Greeting clients and visitors
n
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
n
- Managing client appointments and general enquiries
n
- Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
n
- Assisting with client onboarding and engagement administration
n
- Managing workflow and electronic records
n
- Filing, scanning and general office administration
n
- Supporting the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks
n
- Maintaining client meeting rooms, refreshment areas and office presentation
n
n

About You
n
