About your new role

n

Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.

n

Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.

n

Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.

n

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

n

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

n

A little about you

n

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.

n

Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

n

Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

n

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
