Speech Pathologist | Paediatrics | Clinic Based | Ascot Vale

Working alongside Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and fellow Speech Pathologists, you'll help children and adolescents achieve meaningful outcomes while enjoying the support of one of Melbourne's most collaborative allied health teams.

- Regular one-on-one check-ins with the Director

- Collaborative case discussions with experienced Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists

- Gradual KPI progression based on your experience and confidence

- Salary from $85,000 -$120,000 + Super
n
- Performance bonuses for exceeding achievable KPIs
n
- Report writing completed within paid work hours

The Role: This is a fully clinic-based position, allowing you to focus on your clients without spending your day travelling between appointments.
n
You'll work with a predominantly paediatric caseload, with the opportunity to see adolescents and adults if this aligns with your interests.
n
Your caseload can include:
n
n
- Speech and language disorders
n
- Early language development
n
- Literacy support
n
- Social communication
n
- Fluency and stuttering
n
- Voice disorders
n
- Feeding and swallowing
n
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
n
- Developmental delay
n
- NDIS, Medicare, private and insurance-funded clients
n
n

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility)
