Your NewRole

Reporting totheCamp Manager, your exciting new role will see you beingresponsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to an industryacceptable standard. You will also provide support to the CampManagerin operations connected with the Centre kitchen.

- Industryrecognised qualification in cooking/catering
- Demonstratedcooking experience in a bistro-style outlet and competency infood handling
- Ability to workautonomously
- Demonstratedexperience of managing a kitchen and ensuring food preparationhygiene standards
