Join Fernwood Fitness's National Support Office in Richmond as our Mid-Senior Graphic Designer. This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity leave contract for approximately 12 months.

n

As Australia's leading women's health, fitness and wellness brand, with over 75 clubs nationwide, Fernwood inspires women to feel stronger, healthier and more confident every day. We're looking for a talented designer to help bring our brand to life through engaging campaigns across print and digital.

n

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage projects from concept through to final artwork while building strong relationships with our in-house marketing and operations teams, franchise partners and club staff.

n

What you'll be doing

n

You'll play a key role in bringing Fernwood's national marketing campaigns to life across a wide range of touchpoints, including:

n

n
- Creating engaging campaign concepts and creative assets across digital, print and social media
n
- Designing EDMs, digital advertising, social content, POS, signage, large format, presentations and club marketing materials
n
- Managing projects from creative brief through to final artwork and production
n
- Ensuring all creative work aligns with Fernwood's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
n
- Collaborating closely with our marketing and operations teams
n
- Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of brand and campaign photoshoots
n
- Retouching imagery and preparing artwork for both digital and print production
n




- Managing workflow efficiently across Monday.com while meeting deadlines
n
- Maintaining creative assets within Canva and SharePoint
n
- Supporting franchise clubs with custom design requests
n
- Contributing ideas that help strengthen our brand and improve creative outcomes
n

About you

n

You'll be a confident designer who combines creativity with excellent organisation and attention to detail.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in a graphic design, branding or agency environment
n
- A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or similar
n
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat)
n
- Strong typography, layout and image retouching skills
n
- Experience designing for both print and digital marketing channels
n
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
n
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
n
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
n
- High attention to detail
n

n

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Motion graphics or animation
n
- Health, fitness or lifestyle brands
