Senior Landscape Architect | Technical & Delivery Expert | Multi-Disciplinary Studio

The studio is entering a phase heavily focused on design development and complex documentation for a pipeline of significant projects. To support this, they require a Senior Technical Landscape Architect to serve as a key delivery expert. This permanent role offers a long-term position within a collaborative group, working alongside mid-level designers, graduates, and the Associate Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery, detailed design, and documentation packages for major urban projects.
n
- Resolve complex interface details between landscape elements and architecture.
n
- Guide and review construction documentation completed by mid-level and graduate designers.
n
- Coordinate technical requirements across multi-disciplinary architecture and urban design teams.

- Ensure all technical packages adhere to Australian standards and construction realities.

Skills & Experience:

- Extensive experience handling detailed design and complex delivery phases.

- Career pedigree coming from a tier-one quality design practice.

- Advanced technical documentation skills, with 3D software experience highly beneficial.
