As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Help Desk Support Officer to join our Customer Support team.

About the Role
n
As a Help Desk Support Officer,
you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance with the ClockOn suite of Payroll, HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance software.
n
Working alongside an experienced team, you will receive comprehensive training while developing the technical knowledge and customer service skills needed to provide exceptional support to our customers.
n
This is a varied role that combines problem-solving, customer interaction and technical learning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while continually developing their professional skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Providing professional customer support via phone, email and remote assistance
n
- Assessing and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 customer enquiries
n
- Assisting customers with Payroll, HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance software
n
- Providing guidance on award interpretation and payroll processing within the ClockOn platform
n
- Troubleshooting software and basic technical issues
n
- Supporting the implementation of new customer systems
n
- Assisting with software testing and quality assurance activities when required
n
- Working collaboratively with our Support, Implementation and Development teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
n
What We're Looking For

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

- Customer service or help desk support
n
- Payroll or HR software
n
- SQL or database applications
n
- Basic networking or router configuration

- Cloud-based software (SaaS) platforms
n
- Payroll, HR, Rostering or Time & Attendance systems
n

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
n
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
n
Hybrid Work: Three days in the office and two days working from home following successful completion of initial training.
n
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per annum (or commensurate with experience).
n
Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Erina or be planning to relocate prior to commencing employment.
