What you'll do
n
You'll provide high-quality counselling and therapy to couples, families and individuals to address the issues impacting their relationships. This can include general conflict, communication, domestic violence, mental health, addiction issues and child-protection. You'll use aFamily Systems Framework in your counselling and provide information and referrals to improve the wellbeing of your clients.

- Permanent role
n
- 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday
n
- Based in Sydney City
n
- Approx $50 - $56 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to$15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings athttps://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)

What you'll bring
n

- Experience working with couples and families using a robust Family Systems clinical framework isrequired
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or equivalent
n
- Post-grad qualifications or training in Counselling or Couple and Family Therapy
n
- Strong understanding of family dynamics, child protection, domestic violence, mental health, and addiction
n
- A calm, professional and compassionate approach when engaging with clients
n
