Estimator — Office Fit-Out
n RONKO | Smithfield, NSW | $100,000–$120,000 + Super | Immediate Start

RONKO is a growing fit-out and interiors contractor working across office fit-outs, schools, hospitals, and government projects with tier 2 and tier 3 builders. We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

The role:

n

n
- Manage tenders end-to-end — from downloading documents through to submission
n
- Read and interpret scope of works, and run the takeoff process
n
- Request supplier pricing and identify long-lead-time items early
n
- Price scopes of work and prepare competitive tenders
n
- Attend site visits where needed to inform pricing
n
- Raise RFIs and liaise directly with clients and other estimators
n
- Report to the Director and Contract Administrator
n

About you:

n

n




- 3–5 years' estimating experience in fit-out or interiors construction
n
- Experience with estimating/takeoff software (PlanSwift, Cubit, Buildsoft, or similar)
n
- Excellent written and spoken English
n
- Able to work autonomously — you'll get support and training, but we need someone proactive, not someone who needs constant direction
n
- Full Australian working rights required
n

Hours:

7:30 AM start, Monday to Friday
