Legal Counsel – M&A; / Corporate Advisory

A leading, large-scale organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel (4+ years PQE) to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is a key role supporting major strategic transactions and corporate advisory work in a fast-moving, complex workplace.

The role

n

You will take the lead on a range of M&A; and corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, working across the full deal lifecycle—from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion.

n

You'll also provide corporate governance and listed-company advisory support, working closely with senior stakeholders on board matters, disclosure obligations, and broader strategic initiatives.

About you

n

n
- 4+ years PQE, with strong M&A; experience from a leading law firm or similar environment
n




- Confident drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
n
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to simplify complex legal issues
n
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams under pressure
n
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
n
