About the Role
n
As a Track Safety Marshal, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.
n
This is a casual weekend position offering approximately 15-25 hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods and public and school holidays.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
- Supervising go-kart sessions and maintaining a safe racing environment
n
- Briefing customers on safety procedures and track rules
n
- Monitoring races and responding quickly to incidents
n
- Assisting guests on and off the track
n
- Performing basic kart checks and minor maintenance tasks
n
- Preparing karts for racing sessions
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the track and surrounding areas
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest
n
- Working closely with teammates to ensure events run safely and efficiently
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a quick-paced workplace.

You'll ideally have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A strong commitment to safety

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not essential)

- Basic computer skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- A reliable work ethic and the ability to follow procedures
n
- A high level of physical fitness
n
- An interest in motorsport or go-karting (advantageous)
n
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, public holidays and school holidays on a rotating roster
n
Please note: This is an active outdoor role involving standing for extended periods, walking, pushing karts and working in varying weather conditions.
