Job Description

DCC Industry Group is seeking an experienced Case Worker for Youth and Forensic Disability in Greenbank, Queensland. The role supports a single adolescent client in a trauma-informed residential setting, with 2:1 staffing, sleepovers, and a focus on safety, relationships, and long-term well-being.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver daily care, behaviour support, and engagement across education, health, and community networks, while maintaining documentation and upholding
