What You'll Be Doing

n

Completing property inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and producing reports

n

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

n

Processing invoices for payment

n

Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

n

What We're Looking For

n

Current QLD Drivers License and own reliable car

n

Reliable, organised, and proactive team player

n

A forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude and an ability to problem solve

n

Able to take direction and work independently

n

Strong attention to detailand eagerness to learn

n





Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written

n

Customer-first approach, with focuses on delivering quality service to all clients

n

PropertyMe experience an advantage but not essential
