We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Embedded Software Engineerto join our energetic team of innovators in design, development, and manufacturing. You'll play a key role in driving next-generation industrial and wireless systems, helping us shape a smarter, more connected future through engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design, implement, and maintain high reliability embedded firmware for industrial and IoT applications.
n
- Analyse, debug, and rigorously test developed software, ensuring compliance with industrial quality and security standards.
n
- Produce clear, comprehensive software documentation, incl. functional specifications and design specifications.
n
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, automation, and development tools to improve firmware design efficiency.
n
- Develop software interfaces that integrate with wireless communication stacks.
n
- Implement industrial and lighting-specific communication protocols (DMX/RDM, DALI).
n
- Design and integrate distributed communication and control architectures.
n
- Develop TCP/UDP-based and custom networking protocols across the embedded OSI stack.
n
- Design and embed signal processing methods and control algorithms.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering complex firmware projects for embedded systems (ARM-core MCUs or wireless SoCs preferred).
n
- Advanced skills in embedded software architecture,



system debugging, and performance profiling.
n
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Linux and hardware–software interfacing.
n
- Solid grasp of embedded design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
n
- Experience implementing or interfacing with wireless communication stacks (Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, LoRa, proprietary).
n
- Deep understanding of digital and analog electronics and low-level peripheral interfacing.
n
- Familiarity with bootloaders and reliable OTA (over-the-air) update mechanisms.
n
- Hands‐on experience with networking and cloud integration (MQTT, WebSocket) is a plus.
n
- Comfortable using modern collaboration tools (Git, Jira, or equivalent task and version control systems).
n
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
