We have been supplying high quality building, garden & landscaping supplies to Melbourne, Geelong and beyond for nearly 45 years. The Daisy's team consists of over 200 people, working across 9 stores and 4 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay and Colac. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Laverton store team on a casual basis.

The role

n

As a Store Driver your key responsibilities will be:

n

n
- Deliver garden,



building and landscaping supplies to customers, mostly around the Western Suburbs
n
- Drive a medium or heavy rigid truck
n
- Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard (if competent)
n
- Maintain sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness
n

n

Hours of the role

n

n
- Store is open Monday to Saturday. No shift or public holiday work.
n

n

Skills & experience

n

The successful applicant will be someone who:

n

n
- Holds a current MR or HR license with a safe driving record (clean driving record for the last 2 years)
n
- Must have previous truck driving experience
n
- Can form friendly and positive customer relationships
n
- Has reasonable knowledge of the Western Suburbs
n
- Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous
n
