We're looking for a Traffic & Workflow Managerto be the connective tissue across our Creative Services team, driving the workflows, timelines, and processes that let our Creative, Content, and Account teams do their best work.

What you'll own:

n

The full job lifecycle — briefing, scheduling, resourcing, reviews, delivery

n

Weekly WIP/Priorities meetings that keep everyone aligned and accountable

n

Continuous improvement of our tools, systems, and ways of working

n

Resourcing,



and timesheet accuracy across projects

n

What you'll bring:

n

3+ years in creative traffic, project, or production management in an agency or production workplace

n

Proficient in resource and project management tools.

n

Sharp organisational instincts, calm under pressure, and a genuine curiosity for smarter ways of working, including AI tools that lift studio output

n
