- Full admin and assistant PM support so you can focus on what you do best

About the Role

n

This is a task-based property management position – no overwhelming portfolio juggling! You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections
n
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears
n
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance
n
- Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings
n
- Working closely with a supportive admin team and assistant PM
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate
n
- Driver's Licence and reliable car
n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (junior PMs welcome!)
n
- A team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
n
