The Dinner Ladies fill the freezers, tables, bellies and hearts of busy families across Australia by delivering wholesome, homely, ready-to-heat meals right to their door. We do dinner, so you can do life. It's that straightforward.

We're looking for a Content Creator who can capture that - on camera, in real kitchens, with real food - and turn it into scroll-stopping video, week after week.

n

If you can spot a trend before your group chat does, know which window in the office actually makes food look good, and can make potato soup look like the main event, keep reading.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Shooting and editing 6–7 reels a week
n
- Draft scripts, and on-screen copy
n
- Turning trending audio and formats into content that's unmistakably us, not a copy of everyone else
n
- Bringing ideas to the table - weekly planning sessions are your chance to pitch
n
- Working alongside our Brand Manager to keep everything on-strategy and on-brand
n
- Jumping into campaign shoots and seasonal promotions as they come up
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in video editing, shooting, and design skills - food, hospitality or lifestyle content preferred
n
- Work seamlessly behind the camera (directing talent)



+ in front of it (confident to present on-screen as needed)
n
- Confidence filming on iPhone, with a genuine handle on lighting, angles and composition
n
- CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, used like a second language
n
- An eye for visual storytelling and zero patience for a boring shot
n
- The kind of personality that makes people relax in front of a camera, including yourself
n
- Sharp organisational skills - you'll have several things in motion at once and nothing will slip
n
- A willingness to try the idea that might not work, then try the next one
n

You'll be trusted with real creative input, not just a shot list. You'll work with a brand that has a genuine point of view and no interest in sounding like everyone else in the category. And you'll never have to fake enthusiasm for a lasagne - ours are worth it.
