The Role

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our Caboolture Medical Centre. Working alongside GPs and an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care while supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

n

This is a fantastic prospect for an Enrolled Nurse who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy general practice environment, and is passionate about improving health outcomes through preventative care and patient education.

The Tasks

n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be involved in a wide range of clinical and patient-focused activities, including:

n

- Deliver secure, high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
n
- Administer vaccinations and medications.
n
- Perform wound care, dressings, ECGs, spirometry and other clinical procedures.
n
- Assist GPs with health assessments, chronic disease management and care planning.
n
- Support nurse-led clinics and preventative health initiatives.
n
- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment plans and healthy lifestyle choices.
n
- Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical findings with the healthcare team.
n
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
n
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked and compliant with infection control standards.
n
- Support accreditation, quality improvement initiatives and workplace health and safety.
n

The Successful Candidate

n





We're looking for an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

You'll Bring

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication administration endorsement.
n
- Diploma of Nursing.
n
- Previous experience in general practice or primary care (highly regarded).
n
- Experience with immunisations, wound care and chronic disease management is advantageous.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
n
- High attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation.
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine passion for patient care.
n
